1. Acceptance of terms

The customer acknowledge having read, at the time of ordering, special conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly accept them without reservation.These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Toon-Boutique and its customer, both parts accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale prevail over all other conditions contained in quite other document, except express and written dispensation.

2. Products

Pictures illustrating products are not part of the contract. If errors occured, the responsability of Toon-Boutique can not be engaged. The products offered by Toon-boutique to its customers are available in our premises. In the rare case where a product is not available, it will be automatically removed form the order, and the customer will be notified by email.

3. Order

An order is accepted and processed by Toon-Boutique only upon receipt of Customer’s payment confirmation. Toon-Boutique reserves the right to cancel order of a customer with whom there would be a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. Any purchase on Toon-Boutique implies that the Customer has read, understood and accepted the present GTC.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and in Euros (EUR), 8% VTA included. The default currency is the Swiss franc. The price indicated on product description does not including shipping. The price listed in the order confirmation is the final price.

5. Payment

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by Toon-Boutique. The products price is payable the day the order is effective. The payment is in swiss francs and in Euros.

- Postfinance (Postcard OR E-finance)
- Cash (only for direct withdrawal of your order in St-Prex)

Toon-Boutique does not deliver orders against invoices. Checks are not accepted.

The order validated by the customer will be confirmed only when the payment is done. In case of non-payment, the order will be cancelled and the customer notified by email. In addition, the company Toon-Boutique reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

6. Shipping & Delivery

You only pay a contribution to cost of shipping and order processing. Toon-Boutique takes the rest of expenses at his expense !
All items shown are available immediately, and leave our stocks wihtin 24 to 48 hours (working days) after receipt of your payment.A longer deadline is possible in some exceptional cases.
For each order, an email of confirmation of sending is sent with the tracking number of your package.
The customer is informed that any clearance fees are at his expense (VTA must be paid in the counrty of destination).
Any damage or defect due to the transport must be indicated to us immediately by email.
Toon-Boutique declines any responsability in case of late delivery due to postal services, and in case of loss of the package or strike.

7. Right of withdrawal & Refund

You can cancel your purchase within 7 days of the date you received the item. Toon-Boutique accept only goods complete with original packaging, tags etc, and in resaleable condition. A refund will be given to you within 15 days following the date of receipt of returned goods. The refund will be chosen by the customer by a payment into his bank account or a credit on his customer account (Only the price of the products purchased will be refunded. The expenses of sending and of return are chargeable to the buyer. Any bank charges for international transfers are chargeable to the buyer). No sending in against refunding will be accepted.

8. Warranty

Our products are guaranteed new factory. We exchange under 10 days the defective product. If the product is unavailable the refund will be chosen by the customer by a payment into his bank account or a credit on his customer account . Toon-Boutique accept only products complete with original packaging with a copy of the invoice. No sending in against refunding will be accepted. The expenses of return are chargeable to the buyer.

9. Responsibilities

Our responsability cannot be engaged in case of human or material damage caused by the exploitation of our products or any information coming from our part. The items offered are in accordance with swiss law in force.
